Location: Offshore (with 150/15 days rotation)Experience: Oil & Gas offshore experience is mandatoryJob Summary:Supervise rigging operations offshore, ensuring safe and efficient handling of loads during installation, maintenance, and construction activities.Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate offshore rigging teamsEnsure compliance with safety standards and proceduresInspect rigging equipment and lifting gear regularlyPlan and execute lifting operationsLiaise with engineers and project managers for load planningMaintain safety documentation and reportsRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferredMinimum 7 years of offshore rigging experience in oil & gasValid offshore safety and rigging certificationsStrong leadership and safety awarenessAbility to work in a team and under pressure
