Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestAs a Rig Superintendent, you will be responsible for Training related activities on the rig site for all field services for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings.In this role, you will be responsible for: Working together with people from the business unit Handling standardized project processes & providing guidelines for choosing the right actions Handling targeted clients. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Focusing on Focus on safe operations and areas for improvement Supporting with rig booking schedule internally and for customer training needs. Ensure rig equipment are inspected and met all MPI standardsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college Have 5+ years experience on the Rig Be able to operate cyber rig, interpret hole conditions. Be able to operate additional rig equipment, kelly, draw works, BOPs and run VFD. Be able to ensure that the training activities on the rigs comply with global HSE standards.
