Revenue & Reservation SupervisorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Assist in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies.•Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and historical data to forecast demand and pricing.•Optimize room rates, inventory allocation, and distribution channels to yield maximum revenue.•Manage and train the reservations team, ensuring efficient handling of guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance.•Utilize Opera PMS to effectively manage room inventory, rates, and reservations.•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize revenue opportunities.•Prepare reports and forecasts as required.Qualifications:•Experience in a revenue management or reservations role in a hotel environment.•Proficiency in Opera PMS.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent organizational and time management skills.•Attention to detail and accuracy.•Good communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.•Proficiency in English.
