Prepare Daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and analysis
Perform benchmarking and market analysis exercises as needed
Be fully literate in Accor distribution systems, rate architecture and revenue policies
Be fully literate in Revenue Management Tools including, however not limited to STR, IDEAs, Demand 360, OTA Rate Shop and Revenue insight
Extend support for all BUs in the Cluster .
Conducts analysis of citywide and special events, closely monitors competitors for shift in demand, rate and strategy.
Maintains pricing integrity
Maintain short-term room revenue forecasts to assist business decisions.
Ensure optimization of all Accor related distribution channels.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Previous hotel experience is required.
Minimum 2 years? experience in Revenue & Reservations
Experience with Accor Distribution and Reservations Systems a must due to the complexity of the cluster managing 3 different brands
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Highly accountable and reliable
