Job descriptionCharterhouse are currently working with a well-established distribution company with a strong reputation across the sporting-goods industry, who are looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager. This position will be based in Dubai and will lead the retail team for their various locations.About the roleAs Retail Sales Manager you should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the retail teams ranging from manager-level to sales staff. In addition, you will oversee all aspects of cost control, stock management, staff operations and work closely with all relevant departments across the organisation to ensure maximum revenue is achieved.About youThe successful candidate should have minimum 5 years? UAE experience in a Retail Sales Manager capacity. You should have a keen interest in Sports with a demonstrable knowledge of the leading brands. Previous experience with P&L management and implementing sales strategies is essential.As the role will oversee numerous locations, a valid UAE driving license and your own car is essential to be considered for this position. Excellent English is a must with fluency in Hindi considered advantageous.
