Job Description

Retail Operations CoordinatorThe Role:To assist and support the RCM, Area Managers and Account Managers in achieving operational and sales objectives.The Profile:

  • Sales ? Provide day-to-day support to sales department with regard to stock, merchandising needs, support materials and return authorizations. Efficiently manage the flow of orders and deliveries of/to customers and manage, track and analyze department promotions/events. Process orders and inquiries generated by customers. Price update for UAE Retail either HS / ACC//Tablet /PC and any other items within Retail.
  • Administration ? Prioritize and organize daily workload (i.e. projects, order entry, customer contacts, and internal follow-up). And provide administrative support to the RRM, AM and account managers, accordingly. Also Create and manage spreadsheets, letters, clerical duties and customer presentations and complete follow up requests in a timely manner. Willing to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, assignments and scope of work as required in order meeting objectives of the department. Provide back up support as needed for all team segments
The Essentials:
  • College degree,
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word/Excel/Power Point. Strong vocabulary, spelling, and grammar for professionally written correspondence.
  • Ability to interact with people in a team-oriented, respectful, and efficient manner, thereby maximizing effectiveness and time management
