Job Description

Summary- Partner globally to develop restructuring strategy, perform global portfolio analytics, develop restructuring playbook & approach to specific customer scenarios, develop trainings, and partner with teams to update restructuring processes- Regional expert / focal for restructuring with strong dotted line to HQ restructuring / comm?l excellence team- Lead restructuring deal structuring, pricing, and all other proposal development activities as the sales team?s primary proposal interface with projects, platform, global ops, risk management and other functional groups as required- Lead restructuring deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals- Support sales directors w/ direct customer negotiations as req?dRoles and ResponsibilitiesPartner globally to develop restructuring strategy, perform global portfolio analytics, develop restructuring playbook & approach to specific customer scenarios, develop trainings, and partner with teams to update restructuring processesRegional expert / focal for restructuring with strong dotted line to HQ restructuring / comm?l excellence teamLead restructuring deal structuring, pricing, and all other proposal development activities as the sales team?s primary proposal interface with projects, platform, global ops, risk management and other functional groups as requiredLead restructuring deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposalsSupport sales directors w/ direct customer negotiations as req?dRequired Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Proposals. Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
