  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • Manage and lead staff
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Daily staff briefing
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Appraising staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Planning menus
  • Managing budgets
  • Ordering supplies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • At least 10 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant chain
  • Fluent English
  • Older than 35 years old
