Resource Management SpecialistDo you enjoy delivering successful projects for customers?Do you enjoy building relationships and ensuring customer success?Join our Pressure Pumping Team!At Baker Hughes our purpose is clear. We take energy forward ? making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestas a Resource Management Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. You will lead the installation, commissioning, start-up and maintenance activities. Working closely with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, delivering innovative solutions for our customers.In this role, you will be responsible for:Planning and execution of field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics.

  • Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation.
  • Developing long range forecasts for region?s resources needs.
  • Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments
  • Working together with business unit geared towards specifying and planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
  • Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions
  • Handling targeted clients while working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in a related field or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience in services
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers, teams and suppliers
  • Have experience in the Oil & Gas or energy industry
  • Show good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Be able to have the flexibility to work late night or on weekends, as needed by client
