Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all technical aspects of construction projects in UAE.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with design specifications.Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and work plans.Enforce quality control, safety standards, and environmental compliance.Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in UAE.Relevant UAE engineering licenses and certifications.Strong technical knowledge of structural, civil, and utility works.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
