Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site.Ensure work is executed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.Review and approve work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.Monitor compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies.Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure project standards.Manage site staff, subcontractors, and labor allocation efficiently.Assist in cost control, procurement coordination, and progress billing.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems (if applicable).Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.Experience:5–10 years of relevant on-site engineering experience.Experience as a site engineer, project engineer, or in similar roles preferred.Exposure to highrise building, villa, or large-scale projects is a plus.
