Resident Engineer

Our client is an Engineering Industry Company. They are now looking for a Resident Engineer to join them. Roles & Responsibilities:

Carry out effective Maintenance tasks in coordination with Maintenance Lead
Technical study and technical verification of the Jobs before execution.
Site coordination with Client, Sub Contractor, SIRA and Authority Inspectors and other official authorities/consultant and contractors
Prepare necessary documents for approvals before and after execution of the Contract
Coordinate with client, Police, Consultant etc. for the necessary approvals that required for the clients trade license issuing or renewal.
Attend various inspection at site in coordination with Police & other consultants, prepare the site for the same and passing the inspection

Preference:

Relevant Middle East job experience (min 2 years)
Must have Relevant Project & Maintenance experience (Min 2 years)
Working experience in various Security Systems Projects & Maintenance, -Medium, large to Major projects which include CCTV, ACS, ALARM, GRMS & ELV systems.

Qualifications:

4 Year Engineering Graduation in Electronics & Communication or Equivalent Related Qualification with UAE Driving License

SIRA Certification in Security systems, CCTV, Access control, Intruder alarm systems, GRMS & other ELV Systems Product Certifications etc.
