Reservations ManagerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Manage the reservation system, including table assignments, seating arrangements, and guest preferences•Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations•Train and mentor staff on the reservation system and provide ongoing support•Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner•Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experienceRequirements:•3+ years of experience in managing reservations and guest services for a fine dining restaurant in the UAE.•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment•Strong knowledge of reservation and guest services systems•Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner•Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
