As a Reservations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless booking processes, exceptional client service, and efficient reservation management for requests coming from all B2B markets.Key Responsibilities:– Deliver swift and accurate responses to all client requests, ensuring satisfaction.– Exceptional Client Service.– Handle hotel reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.– Engage with agents through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, maintaining clear and effective communication.Required Skills and Qualifications:– 2-3 Years of Experience in a local Destination Management Company (DMC) or hotel reservations within the UAE.– Proficiency in handling reservations, ensuring a seamless booking process for our valued clients.– A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent is required.
