We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, support, and education in a healthcare setting. The RN will work closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients to ensure optimal health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Monitor patient vital signs and observe symptoms.Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.Assist with medical procedures and diagnostic tests.Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-care instructions.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, standards, and safety regulations.Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.Valid and active Registered Nurse license/certificate.Proven experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
