Job Summary:We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (DHA Licensed) to join our healthcare team in various departments. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care in their designated units, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. We are hiring for the following departments:Operation TheatreNeonatal ICUOutpatient DepartmentEmergency RoomKey Responsibilities:Operation Theatre: Assist in surgeries, monitor patients during procedures, prepare sterile environments, and ensure safety protocols are followed.Neonatal ICU: Provide specialized care to newborns, including premature infants, and assist in life-saving procedures in a critical care environment.Outpatient Department: Provide pre and post-consultation care, monitor patient vitals, assist with treatments, and educate patients on preventive health measures.Emergency Room: Triage, stabilize, and provide immediate care to patients in critical conditions, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with doctors to provide urgent care.Requirements:Valid DHA License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAEMinimum 3 years of UAE experience (preferred) in the relevant departmentStrong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in a hospital environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate, patient-focused approach with attention to detailFlexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
