Responsibilities:Be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and the public about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.Assess and identify patients needs and implement and monitor the patients medical plan and treatment. They will work with a team of physicians and other health care specialists or allied health in various settingsPerform systematic patient assessment and collect pertinent data about the patient’s health or situation.Understand and analyze the assessment information and dataDetermine actual and potential nursing diagnoses, problems, and issuesDefine the predicted and expected outcomes of the patient’s planned careCreate and evaluate patient care plans with the medical teamRecord vital signs, recognize and address abnormalitiesDefine the care plan in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Maintain and update the technical and clinical skills related to nursing practiceEmploy strategies to promote patients’ health and a safe environment.Understand different diagnostic tests and laboratory examsPerform essential life support (BLS)Prepare patients for medical examination and treatmentAdminister medications and monitor patients for any side effects and reactionsAdminister treatments such as IV fluids or blood products and monitor patients for any reactionsProvide wound care managementAssist in medical procedures, invasive or non-invasive as neededFacilitate the process of safe patient`s admission and discharge.Qualifications:Essential:Have an appropriate license to work as a nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority (DoH) with all the qualification and experience this mandates.Manage their own professional revalidationHave basic life support qualification (within past 24 months)Have an active interest in the clinical field in which they are employedBe willing to work across departments when necessaryBe willing to take on Team Lead roles within their department when necessary.Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written)Desirable:Evidenced experience/expertise in the clinical field in which they are employedEvidenced ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary teamOrganizational and administrative skills with which to use the HIS platform for clinical documentationBe able to communicate effectively in ArabicYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
