We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with a specialization in Infection Control to join our healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring infection prevention and control policies to ensure patient and staff safety.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enforce infection control policies and procedures.Conduct surveillance of healthcare-associated infections.Provide training and education on infection prevention to healthcare staff.Investigate outbreaks and report findings.Ensure compliance with local health regulations and accreditation standards.Qualifications:Valid RN license (home country and/or DHA/HAAD/MOH license preferred).Certification or training in Infection Control (e.g., CIC preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in infection control nursing.Strong communication and analytical skills.
