We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate treatments, and support patient recovery in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Assess patient health conditions by conducting physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members.Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.Assist in procedures and support diagnostic tests and treatments.Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.Requirements:Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license or registration.Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Proven clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Compassionate and patient-focused approach.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications as required.
