Job Summary:Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting rehabilitation goals for pediatric and adult patients, including those in long-term care.Key Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare teamAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient condition and report changesAssist in rehabilitation activities and therapiesMaintain accurate patient records and documentationEnsure compliance with infection control and safety standardsProvide patient and family educationQualifications: Nursing Degree (Diploma or BSc)DHA/HAAD license or eligibility is mandatoryMinimum of 3 years hospital experience in inpatient and outpatient careExperience with pediatric and adult rehabilitation patientsLong-term care experience is an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferably female
