  • Drives and leads Talent Management and Development activities and framework at region level to meet the organizations business needs
  • Partners closely with Regional HRBPs and country teams to develop, initiate and maintain effective programs to build talent pools for critical roles and identifies, replenish gaps in the pipeline through succession planning
  • Drives and leads upskilling and re-skilling a future-fit workforce as well development of leadership and capabilities in line with business needs
  • Co-creates learning modules and plans for regional delivery of global learning programs.
  • Defining regional learning gaps and creating innovative yet robust and experiential learning and leadership development solutions incorporating digital learning where applicable.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum 5+ years? experience in managing a full range of Talent management, Learning and leadership development activities
  • Experience in leading the roll out of new initiatives and monitor existing processes / programs in area of expertise
  • Ideally experienced in drafting corporate policies, guidelines or communications; excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content
