What youll doSupport the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability, Quality, and Systems) Team for the High Growth region in Dubai.Collaborate with diverse Henkel teams across the region and globally.Manage SHEQ reporting for sites by communicating report requirements, monitoring submission deadlines, conducting data analysis, validating reports, preparing summaries, and following up on actions.Coordinate SHEQ events, workshops, regional connects, training sessions/calls, CoE meetings, recordings, and Q&A sessions.Manage document sharing and exchange between global, regional, and local teams, ensuring proper record-keeping in regional SharePoints.Oversee corporate and SHEQ standards training activities in the region, including self-assessment development, local training execution, follow-ups, and managing local team feedback and Q&A.What makes you a good fitEngineering background, preferably Industrial or Chemical engineerRelevant experience in the field of Safety, Health & Environment, Sustainability and GMP is a plusClear in all communication methodsGood presentation and interpersonal skillsTeam playerAnalytically strong, good in deep diving the data and having perspectiveVery good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointFluent in English, any other language is plus
