Plan, manage and achieve growth targets of Specialty Chemicals in Middle East & Africa by successfully managing the business and team? Establish appropriate strategy and finetune based on market dynamic to ensure business success in sustainable way? Identify opportunities to drive business growth in volume and overall absolute CM via expansion of business territories, customer base and expanding distribution network.? Maximize pricing opportunities while maintaining good balance of short- and long-term growth objectives? Develop long-term sustainable partnership with Key Accounts and channel partners? Coordinate with global and regional teams in order to sell the right product to right customer at right price for purpose of profit maximization?
