Regional Financial ControllerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Continuous monitoring of project financial performance and advising on actions to take in case of significant deviations or trends•Evaluation of project financial performance, including transparent and efficient routines in monthly evaluation of project status and forecast•Ensure relevant IT systems/tools are efficiently applied and developed, and ensure high-quality reporting•Manage budget and forecasting processes•Changes in volume and order situation (Volume and Contract Reporting)•Working capital and cash flow management•Provide management support and assurance•Ensure tenders fully comply with Group Procedures•Cooperation, communication, and coherence of all staff, with a particular focus on driving a performance-based culture and continuous improvement•Ensure accurate and timely reporting and efficient communication with the Regions Shared Service Centers (Finance, procurement, IT, HR, payroll)Requirements :•Financial reporting to the Group (monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual)•Company scorecard report•Monthly management report•Project evaluation and performance reports, including BTOP•Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in finance or accounting, or in combination with a technical degree•Extensive relevant experience (5-10 years) from projects in the engineering industry•Keen interest in the oil and gas industry and the commercial drivers•Commercial and financial aptitude•Strong analytical and project control skills•Excellent English oral and written communication skills
