  • Work with the Corp. Commercial Team and Country Manager (Director) to ensure that pre-requisites are fulfilled within a timely manner and participate in contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, pricing discussions, organizational needs and expectations.
  • With consultation between the Corp. Marketing Team and Country Managers, identify areas of opportunity for expansion of existing services along with new products and to establish, build and maintain appropriate strong client relationships to achieve the new business development and maintain high service level standards.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets to assure that all measures meet the law of the land.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial Manager and Country Manager (Director) in reviewing the contractual performance to ensure company is complying with contract terms and to identify any conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
