Job Description

About the job Recruiter (Contract)Our client is a holdings company in Abu Dhabi delivering Energy and Utilities, Food and Agriculture, Healthcare and Pharma, and Mobility and Logistics among others. They are looking for a temporary Executive Assistant who can join immediately.Looking for a Recruiter to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.Duration: 6 MonthsResponsibilities

  • Collect all participants details, in detailed template from all participating OpCos
  • Consolidate Vacancies from the portfolio companies and ensure standardization of data
  • Support in CV Making sessions
  • Build CVs repository, and cluster them appropriately
  • Manage Mapping of the CVs to the Vacancies
  • Coordinate with OpCos for shortlisting of the CVs
  • Streamline the Recruitment process, amongst the Hiring & Host Cos.
  • Ensure closure of selection process and facilitate in Transition
  • Document the entire journey for the individual participants
  • Liaise with OpCo HRs and Lega
  • Manage the Learning Partners? delivery and Training content
Qualifications:
  • MBA / Diploma in HR or any related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Has excellent understanding of Employee lifecycle, Recruitment process, Competency Mapping, Facilitations & Counselling, Data Analytics
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
