Our experienced recruiters deliver talent through our digital staffing platform to help your business identify great candidates to fill positions faster.We offer staffing solutions to over 95+ industries and place candidates in diverse roles ranging from executive to senior level positions.We are looking for a Recruiter to join our staffing department and handle the sourcing, screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates for various roles.Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github including the regular job boards and
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants? abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews & technical assessments)
  • Coordinate with clients for clarification on their department goals and hiring needs
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter with experience handling different roles?
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements to the candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
