About the Job:An opportunity has arisen for a Recreation Manager to join our team of Jumeirah BeachHotel.The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Oversee and manage all activities and facilities within a Kids Club, Lifeguard and Sports & Leisure departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Strategic planning, leadership, and coordination to promote recreational programs that enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Develop and implement strategic plans for recreational programs and facilities in alignment with organizational goals and guest expectations.Provide leadership and guidance to recreation staff, ensuring effective teamwork, training, and development to deliver high-quality guest experiences.Conduct interviews with candidates to ensure quality hires.Develop and manage the budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial goals and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health, and safety standards applicable to recreational facilities and activities.Collaborate with marketing teams to promote recreational programs and events, increase participation, and enhance brand visibility.Prepare reports on activities, attendance, financial performance, and guest satisfaction metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:3 - 4 years of experience in a similar management position in the luxury industry.Leadership and team management skills.Software competencies ?
