Job Description

Receptionist / SecretaryJob Location : UAEJob Qualifications:•UAE experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.•We need someone who is always focused on office tasks and overall workplace responsibilities, and not constantly on their phone throughout the day.•We need someone who keeps the office clean and organized, especially the workplace area. The cleanliness of the office should be checked every day, including the work done by the cleaners.•Answering phone calls, receiving visitors, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company.•Making & serving tea to Owner & Guest•We need someone who can handle and keep track of the owners real estate business.•We need someone who can properly organize and monitor all family• related files of the owners, and occasionally handle hotel and flight bookings.•Responsible for providing administrative and support services to the•Owner(s).•Organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply and scheduling appointments.•Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.•Knowledge of Dubai systems like Chamber and MOFA isa plus, but not required.
