Job Description

We are looking to hire a Receptionist for a Veterinary Clinic in Dubai. You should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience)Attitude & Aptitude of Ideal Candidate Being the first point of contact to customers, we are looking for someone who can be

  • Presentable, polite, smartly dressed and with positive attitude with smile on face
  • Proactive, multitasking
  • Can work under pressure
  • have sympathetic / empathetic attitude towards animals and clients
  • Sharp, active and have multiple solutions for one problem
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Pet Registration on company software
  • Ensure correct registration of pets and owners details
  • Booking appointments via telephone / online / whatsapp / chat / social media accounts
  • Followup on appointments
  • Providing information to customers about Veterinary facilities and procedures
  • Providing information for boarding facilities for Cats, Dogs, pets
  • Coordinating with Veterinary Doctors / Surgeons for day to day appointments as well as emergencies
  • Prepared for any unforeseen situations and act promptly to resolve the issues
  • Cash handling,
  • Ensuring Electronic Payments, Card payments, and online payments are charged accurately and ensuring payments are gone through the system
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Preparing Documents on doctors advice for pets for any surgeries / treatment etc.
