ReceptionistJob Location : United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Greet clients and visitors all the customers and assist them on their requirements.•Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.•Helping maintain the workplace in an organized way•Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.s.•Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.•Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.•Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.•Provide excellent customer service.Requirements and skills :•Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.•Preferred a Taglog speaker•Familiarity with administrative dutiesSalary : AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
