The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and management.Maintain visitor logs and visitor badges.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.Support other administrative staff with various duties as needed.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle stressful situations politely and efficiently.Knowledge of security and safety procedures is a plus.
