ReceptionistJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls to relevant personnel.•Dispatch customer service requests to advisors and track progress with customers.•Manage communication between customers, advisors, and service providers.•Relay messages and provide information to callers.•Direct visitors to their destinations and handle public inquiries.•Maintain knowledge of staff movements within the organization.•Provide administrative support and prepare correspondence.•Receive and organize mail and deliveries.•Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar system.•Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained.•Work flexible shifts, including days and nights, based on management requirements.Requirements:•A minimum of 5 years experience in customer care and operations within an automotive workshop environment.•High school graduate or degree is an asset.•Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
