Villaggio Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, handling phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the hotels operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests and visitors in a warm and professional mannerManage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignmentsAnswer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take reservationsMaintain guest records and assist with administrative dutiesCoordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionHandle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:Previous experience as a Receptionist or in customer service (hotel experience is a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management softwareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPositive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure situationsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
