You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.In this role, you will:Reception Management

  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure that it is clean and tidy and kept up to a professional standard
  • Answering and distribution of calls / messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting & greeting external visitors in a professional and polite manner
  • Distribution of office post & courier deliveries
  • Scheduling of courier collections and deliveries
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the concerned department
Administration
  • Responsible for office sundry replenishment, inc. stationery, refreshments and other items
  • Managing & implementing internal event calendar, from small initiatives to engagement activities
  • Updating the Cafe monitor with useful information
  • Managing meeting room booking system, including upkeep of meeting rooms
  • Administration duties, as and when requested by various departments.
  • Check in attendees for Bayut Academy
