Job Description

Receptionist | DC Aviation Al Futtaim | DubaiAbout the RoleThe role of receptionist is a key position in the sense that generally you are the first point of contact for all our VVIP clients.You will:

  • Greet, assist and serve light refreshment to VIP guests
  • Ensure the required daily reports are completed correctly and on time
  • Working with the cleaning and facilities management team, ensure all area of the FBO are clean, stocked and maintained to DCAF standard
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist the Ground Ops team, Cabin Crew, Marketing Manager and other relevant management as required
  • Other task within your area of expertise as assigned by Line Manager.
