As an established and rapidly growing agency,Who can bring proven leadership skills, market expertise, and a passion for sales to our team.If you have a track record of success in real estate management and are driven to lead a team toward achieving outstanding sales performance, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team 15-20 people of experienced real estate agents to achieve individual and collective sales targets.Create, implement, and monitor sales strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and exceed revenue goals.Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting performance metrics and reviewing agent progress.Drive performance by providing ongoing coaching, training, and constructive feedback tailored to individual agent needs.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and other business partners to generate business and ensure smooth transactions.Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to capitalize on.Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.Manage and resolve complex or high-stakes negotiations and issues that may arise in the sales process.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that drives results.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a senior real estate sales role.Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing real estate sales team.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, local regulations, and best practices.Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships.Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency with CRM software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid real estate license (as per local regulations).Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience working with large real estate teams or agencies.Advanced certifications in real estate or sales management.What We Offer:Competitive base salary.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.Career growth and professional development opportunities.A supportive and positive work culture that values innovation and collaboration.
