Real Estate Sales ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.•Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends.•Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and negotiating terms on their behalf.•Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during visits to potential properties.•Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary documents.•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.•Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions.•Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.Requirements:•Fluent in both English and Russian (written and spoken).•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent.•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.•Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.•Excellent communication and presentation skills.•Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.•Valid real estate license in Dubai.
