Description:We are a local Real Estate Company in Dubai, looking for a Real Estate Agent who will be focused on the Secondary Market & Off Plan. The ideal candidate will be tasked with assisting clients with buying/selling and renting properties, growing our customer base by generating leads and counseling clients on the secondary market.Requirements:. Experience in Real Estate. Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in closing sales.. Great honesty and integrity skills. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
