Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their real estate needs.Property Listings: Actively source and list new properties for sale and rent, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions and presentations.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and demand in the Abu Dhabi market.Sales & Negotiation:Facilitate property sales and rental transactions, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior agents, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.Networking: Attend industry events, network with potential clients and partners, and promote the companys services to expand business opportunities.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.License: Valid UAE real estate license.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Attributes: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and results-driven.
