Job Description

Our ClientIs the leading RCM Company in the MEA Region. We are currently supporting on building out a brand new business unit for the organization. With this we need multiple RCM Owners/Directors to oversee the Hospitals across the UAE.Your Responsibilities

  • You will be overseeing x6 hospitals for their internal RCM operations.
  • There will be a directive to oversee multiple RCM Site Managers, and various other staff on site (RCM Supervisors, clinical coders, pre-approval specialists, etc).
  • A fixed oversite of the RCM management and operational lines across the hospitals.
  • Reporting into the Senior VP of the RCM Project landscape.
  • Coordination between the key internal stakeholders and the customers directives needed for the project.
  • Handling key RCM Deliverables and flow management of the entire RCM process across the clusters you are overseeing.
Your Qualifications
  • Must have worked in the UAE before.
  • Must have worked in the Hospital & Healthcare side not just the Insurance side of the RCM processing.
  • Must be multilingual (Arabic/English Fluent).
  • Must be from a Clinical Background.
  • Preferred if the candidate has a Doctorate.
  • The candidate must have prior experience overseeing management of largescale RCM teams and multiple Hospital sites across the UAE.
  • Ideally looking for 8+ Years experience in RCM operations.
  • Governmental & Private Sector experience is a bonus.
