Location: Head Office (Abu Dhabi)Seeking two skilled Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyors – Infrastructure and two for Building projects, each with at least 6 years of UAE experience in the pre-contract phase.These roles require the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. Responsibilities include analyzing drawings, reviewing specifications, evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations, and supporting the tendering process to ensure the submission of competitive and compliant bids.Responsibilities:Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, performing accurate quantity take-offs from tender drawings and related documents.
