Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for metal fabrication projectsMonitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycleReview drawings, specifications, and technical documents to determine material and labor costsAssist in procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management with suppliers and subcontractorsTrack and report project variations, claims, and cost changesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams on cost-related issuesPrepare cost reports, progress reports, and financial analysis for managementEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standardsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in metal fabrication or industrial projectsProficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, QSPlus) and MS OfficeStrong knowledge of UAE construction codes, fabrication standards, and contractual proceduresExcellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
