Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and payment applications for customers and vendorsHandle cost planning, budget control, and cost reporting across multiple projectsSupport project managers with financial forecasting and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and standardsMaintain documentation for cost audits and financial evaluationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction ManagementMinimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity SurveyorPrior experience in marine civil construction is an advantageStrong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and BOQ preparationExcellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilitiesFamiliar with local building codes and regulationsMust be currently available in the UAE and able to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
