Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projectsReview and manage project contracts, specifications, and quantitiesConduct cost analysis and provide accurate financial reportingMonitor project progress and ensure that costs align with the budgetAssess and verify the value of completed work and manage claims for variationsLiaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issuesEnsure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout the projectManage procurement processes and advise on cost-effective solutionsQualifications:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with experience in fit-out projectsRelevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in cost estimation and reportingExcellent knowledge of construction processes, cost management, and contractual obligationsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software
