Currently seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Engineer to join our team for Head Office Tendering purposes in prestigious Roads infrastructure projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and field experience in roads, utilities estimation works.Key Qualifications:– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering– Minimum 5years of total experience in roads, infrastructure construction projects– At least 3years of experience in the UAE in the role of Site QS/Head Office Tendering Estimation– Proven experience in infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, utilities, and public realm enhancements– Strong familiarity with UAE construction standards, CESSEM/FIDIC requirements, and Method of Measurements– Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills– Ability to monitor sub contractors’ invoices, Market Rates, Cost Analysis, Rate Breakdown and reporting effectivelyRole Overview:– As an Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day Inquiries/Quotations, Tenders, Invoices, technical reviews, and coordination with internal team, Sub contractors and Clients.
