Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings and project specifications.Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in coordination with estimators.Assist in drafting Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify project scope and design.Support in preparing tender documentation for supplier and subcontractor inquiries.Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in all submissions.Experience & QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. (Candidates with a background in Landscaping or Civil works preferred.)Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Quantity Surveying, preferably in Landscaping or Civil projects.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCADStrong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
