Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management.5–10 years of experience in cost planning or pre-contract QS work.Strong knowledge of cost planning methods, BOQ preparation, and tendering procedures.Familiarity with local construction market rates and material pricing.Proficiency in QS software (CostX, Planswift, Candy/CCS, Excel).Requirements:Excellent analytical and numerical skillsStrong understanding of construction methods and materialsAccurate measurement and estimating abilitiesCost modeling and BOQ preparationAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication and coordination skills
