Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.Review and process variations and change orders.Ensure cost control and financial reporting accuracy.Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding financial matters.Conduct cost risk assessments and value engineering.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.Requirements: UAE experience in quantity surveying and cost control.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., CostX, SAP, Primavera).Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Professional certification (RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
