Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and measurement sheets•Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and IFC documents•Maintain cost control logs, valuation tracking, and financial reconciliation•Prepare variation claims, interim payment applications, and cost reports•Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for quantity verification•Support commercial negotiations and contract administration•Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and cost governanceRequirements & Qualifications :•Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS) – mandatory•Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction or cost consultancy projects•Strong knowledge of cost control and site measurement practices•Excellent communication and analytical skills•Ability to work independently and manage deadlines•Immediate availability preferredBenefits :•Competitive salary based on experience and interview evaluation•Exposure to large-scale UAE construction and infrastructure projects•Career growth in commercial, cost, and contract management•Visa and medical insurance benefits as per company policy
